A Love for Nature

I have to be honest, I had heard of the Plano Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, I had run the trails before but I had never had a photoshoot there, ever. When Laura contacted me and mentioned Arbor Hills I thought to myself, “oh jeez, it’s such a huge location, how will I ever know where to go or find the best lighting?” Thankfully everything fell into place beautifully and as you can tell by their gorgeous images we had a successful shoot.

The Wells are a beautiful family and I had to make sure their images reflected that so I decided to shoot during the dreamy golden hour. Laura had mentioned to me when we were discussing the location options that she wanted trees, lots of trees and nature so it was no surprise that she had the Arbor Hills already in mind. The Wells’ love for nature, the fall colors and the beautiful golden light all came together to make stunning photos that will last for a lifetime.
